Advanced Analyzer Subscription FAQ

Is the software still free?

All Advanced Analyzer software and upgrades will be included with a market data subscription.

How will I be billed for the service and when will it begin?

TD AMERITRADE accounts receive a FREE 30-day trial. This trial ends 30 days after subscribing from within a TD AMERITRADE account. At the end of the free 30-day trial, a subscription fee will be assessed for the remaining portion of the month, along with the following months full subscription fee. For example, if the 30-day trail ends on the 15th of the month, the prorated billing will be for the 16th through the end of the month. Billing is conducted on the first business day of each month following the free trial. If the subscription has not been cancelled prior to the end of the 30-day trial, the TD AMERITRADE account will be charged. At the completion of the 30-day trial period, the purchase price selected will be automatically billed to the TD AMERITRADE account monthly.

What if I wish to cancel the subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to email Advanced Analyzer Support with your request. Please note that no refunds will be given for cancellations and you will continue to receive service for the remainder of your subscription. For example, should you wish to cancel the service on April 5th, the application will be available to you through the end of the month (or the remainder of the year), at which time service will be shut off. To avoid additional charges, please e-mail your request no later than one business day prior to the first day of the month.

I am an existing TD AMERITRADE account owner. How do I convert now?

A registration page will be provided to you through the Advanced Analyzer software. At that point you will be asked to register your TD AMERITRADE account to subscribe.

Can I allow access to my Advanced Analyzer account to multiple users?

For personal use, any number of individuals within a household may access the client through one login. Under professional usage, however, it is necessary for each user within a firm to carry their own login and license. Please follow the instructions on the site to initiate your own login.
